Got the iPad 2…hoo haa

Finally got the iPad. It arrived just like that…I have asked for the engraving option and found out the font is very small, not that much of a feature. Not a boggy but it is not like Apple to do half job like this. Why not allow me to have control of the entire space, with engraving any kind of graphics, small fonts, big fonts, dragon figure, heart and so on. It could be something like a tattoo for my iPad. And you know how people can be creative with their tattoos.

Back to the device. It is just an amazing thing. For example, in just one app download and few clicks, I’ve connected it to my Netflix account and even over wi-fi I was able to see a movie in a reasonable way. Another example, I went to a meeting and left the laptop closed and wrote all my notes on the iPad. Surprisingly it is not bad at all. And games. There are some really descent games there.

One thing however bother me. It is the back of the iPad. After just one week, the back already has few scratches and it is not nice. One could expect Apple to add some cover that will protect it from that. I am now in search for a transparent protective film form the back side. Apple does not offer this directly but already found few that look ok at least when you see them online. Will probably buy one in the next few hours.
